Robert is a 3x software startup company founder and has owned and operated DMV focused developer focused recruiting companies for 21+ years. He is a certified Scrum Master, and holds certifications in SAFe 6, Web Application Architecture, and People Analytics along with training in Software Project Management. Robert has developed software professionally since 1997 and lived in the DC area since 1999.
